These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Reveal Your Path website, reports, readings, AI advisor, downloadable materials, and related services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use My Light Path. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
My Light Path provides personal reflection tools, self-discovery reports, spiritual exploration content, and AI-assisted reading experiences. The Services are based on user-provided information, artificial intelligence systems, proprietary interpretation methods, Kabbalistic and symbolic frameworks, and Hebrew language and traditional sources.
The Services are intended solely for educational, reflective, and entertainment purposes. Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as professional, religious, medical, legal, psychological, financial, or investment advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to My Light Path is accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may affect the quality of your readings. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from information supplied by users.
Certain features may require the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, restricting access to your account, and all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method provided. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be changed at any time.
Upon purchase, users receive access to specific digital content including Purpose & Direction Reports, Relationship Reports, Business & Career Reports, AI Advisor Credits, and other premium content. These products are licensed for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
AI Advisor access may be provided through credits, message limits, packages, subscriptions, or other usage models. Unused credits may expire if stated at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Because our reports and digital products are generated specifically for each user, all sales are generally final. Refunds are not available after a report has been generated and delivered. Exceptions may be considered only in cases involving technical failures preventing delivery, duplicate charges, or billing errors.
If a purchased report was never delivered due to a technical issue, users may request a refund within seven (7) business days. For AI Advisor credits, unused credits may be eligible for refund if requested within seven (7) business days of purchase. Processing fees and payment provider costs may be deducted from any approved refund. Used or partially used credits are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted to info@mylightpath.com
Certain reports may be made available in downloadable PDF format. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and retain such reports for personal use. Users may not resell reports, modify reports for commercial use, claim authorship, or remove branding or copyright notices.
All content available through My Light Path, including reports, readings, designs, branding, logos, AI prompts, methodologies, interpretation frameworks, software, and visual assets, are the exclusive property of YP Core LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. No portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, sold, or exploited without prior written consent.
Users agree not to use the Services unlawfully, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, circumvent payment systems, interfere with system security, use automated scraping tools, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or resell access to the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, or abuse of the platform occurs. Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
My Light Path may offer affiliate, referral, or partnership programs. Participation in such programs may be subject to additional terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate affiliate programs at any time.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Users are encouraged to review it carefully.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YP Core LLC shall not be liable for any decisions made based on reports or readings, any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, emotional distress, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability of YP Core LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YP Core LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any content or reports.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Delaware.
